Coaching Constellations Germany
Introductory workshops and trainings in Berlin and online
Coaching Constellations has been offering coaches and organisational consultants a learning journey in systemic coaching with constellations since 2009. The combination of a systemic perspective and the very practical methodology of constellations – a physical map of relationship system dynamics – offers a profound way of understanding human systems. By working at the source of limiting dynamics and repeating patterns, fresh perspectives and opportunities for action emerge that lead to sustainable change in individuals, teams and whole organisations.
The Berlin workshops and trainings are delivered in German and in English in person and online by Maren Donata Urschel and designed for coaches, facilitators and organisational consultants who wish to integrate and apply a systemic perspective in their work. It offers a practical introduction to the stance, principles and practices of systemic coaching and constellations. Next to theoretical input, it is also a rich resource of exercises and practical examples of how this methodology can be applied to individuals, groups, teams and whole organisations.
Participants of the workshops and trainings – whether new to this methodology or already experienced – are invited to read the book to enhance their learning and experiment with applying it.
Author and coach John Whittington
Coaching Constellations, Berlin
Coaching Constellations was established in the UK by John Whittington with the purpose of sharing the many benefits of the stance, principles and practices of systemic coaching and constellations. He began to offer workshops and trainings in London from 2009. Executive coaches interested in a systemic perspective and methodology soon grew in numbers and it wasn’t long before John was invited to teach and facilitate across Europe.
Maren Donata Urschel, who leads our Berlin workshops and trainings, first met John in 2011 when he was teaching in Italy and subsequently trained to Practitioner level with him and Coaching Constellations. A little later he invited her to join the teaching team and contribute to his book ‘Systemic Coaching and Constellations.’ Maren became part of the teaching team in 2016, training others in the fundamentals of this approach in London.
When Maren and her young family moved to Berlin in early 2018, the idea to offer introductory workshops and trainings in Germany emerged naturally. Maren works with deep respect and thanks to the rich history that systemic coaching and constellations have in Germany, where this applied philosophy originates.
